Songs from a Retroactively-Constructed Childhood

Please don't think me pompous for the title. I don't know if these songs are actually from my childhood or if I have mistakenly constructed them from my present perspective. Either way, who cares.

You are my sunshine
My only sunshine
You make me happy,
when skies are gray.
You'll never know dear,
how much I love you.
Please don't take my sunshine away.

Blue Moon,
you saw me standing alone.
Without a dream in my heart,
without a love of my own.
Blue Moon,
you know just what I was there for,
you heard me saying a prayer for,
someone I really could care for.

This land is my land,
This land is your land...

창세기, 출애굽기, 레위기, 민수기, 신명기, 여호수아... (The Books of the Bible in Korean, sung as a hymnal)

On failure and love is an encouraging post. Unfortunately, for this post, the same description cannot be given. New adjectives emerge: strange, troublesome, neuroctic.

you sang that last song when you were young?

i remember i went to small group when i was in elementary school and had to sing that song. the first person to memorize the entire thing got post-its. and that first person was me! hehe

post-its were/still are the coolest thing ever!
why because (romy &) michelle invented it :)
